Standing in my bedroom last night sorting though my inventory I realized I was not alone. An intruder had entered my home and made his way up the stairs totally undetected. I have no idea how long he was standing there watching me, but lucky for me he was harmless. I’m still not sure what drew him to my home or why he felt compelled to let himself in.
At first glance I assumed he was a noob based on his very basic apparel, but in checking his profile he was about 2 months in, still in the learning stages I suppose, but he was also coupled leading me to believe he spends a fair amount of time in world.
“ummm…Hello” I greeted him. no response. “does anyone bother to knock any more?” he chuckled and apologized for intruding. I asked him if he lived around here and he advised he had no proper home. “Are you selling appliances?” I joked…another chuckle and again he apologized for his intrusion. “is this your space?” he asked. I replied “Yes” and he departed down the stairs and out the door. Quite the uneventful encounter. He seemed a lil timid and shy so I assume he was not expecting to run in to anyone, never mind an SL Celebrity such as myself. He’s prolly kicking himself right now that he didn’t ask me for my autograph. 
Every once in a while I encounter a similar scenario of some one randomly wandering in ….though most of the time Gideon is there, wielding his magnum and threatening to blow the guy to particles. I’m a lil more patient with people I suppose…I’m just curious as to what they are doing and why they felt compelled to let them selves in. So, I guess I’ll post a few No Trespassing signs and see what effects that has.
